Week 5 Teleconferencing Reflection.....
This week's teleconferencing event was optional. So I opted out. As it appears, there were technical issues as usual, but there were notes posted on the chat link which listed the items discussed. For the sake of the assignment, this is a great way of reacting to participants points of views on the topic being discussed. The only suggestion that I have is for technical difficulties not to be such an issue since it puts a damper on the intent of connecting and reaching so many people over the internet. But for the most part, I can see if being effective within the classroom setting.

Reflection on the value of the teleconference experience....
Hey guys, my experiences with the teleconferencing feature of the course warent so positive as I thought and wanted them to be. I was able to connect on three different occasions, with the first time being the only successful opportunity with audio and visual capabilities. The other two times, I was able to connect and see some classmates and Dr. Borel but way too much interference and echoing too place. Therefore, I wasn't able to connect my camera nor my microfone and both the last two times connected were failure in that sense. I can see how teleconferencing would work being that my cohorts as I've noticed are from various states. I think its awesome to be able to connect across the us via the internet and get across to so many people. Im just a little frustrated in the sence the last two times I have been unsuccessful in with my webcam and microfone. Dr. Borel was discussing the internship information and other students were asking her questions as well. But I did connect for atleast 1 hour on all three occassions. Hope the majority of you had better results than I did, lol.
